But Rachel Zoe's pout looked amusingly similar to son Skyler's grumpy face as they posed together on the red carpet at a charity event on Sunday.

His 41-year-old mother was equally stylish in a rust-patterned blouse and black pants.

Rachel Zoe's earthy tones were complimented by a series of gold chains and a pair of oval shaped sunglasses with a light orange tint.

The Rachel Zoe Project star added to her gold theme with a thick black and gold bracelet with pyramid spikes on her right wrist.

Her left wrist was more simply adorned with a thin watch on a black leather band.

The reality star's long blonde locks hung gracefully down her well-toned shoulders, while her girlish bangs gave a sweet touch to her overall presentation.

Rodger appeared to take a cue from his fashion designer wife and went for a rugged rocker look.

With a few day's worth of stubble the doting father wore thick sunglasses and a blue jumper wrapped over a white deep V-neck T-shirt.

The occasion for the happy trio's outing was the John Varvatos 10th Annual Stuart House Benefit, which raised $700,000 for charity.
